This is a pre-solicitation notice for Dilution Rerigerator an ultralow temperature quantum materials/devices measurement system (UTQMD) for the Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN) & the Codesign Center for Quantum Advantage (C2QA) at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
