A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for this contract on May 29, 2025 starting PROMPTLY at 10:00 a.m. in the County of El Dorado’s Board of Supervisors Meeting Room located at 330 Fair Lane, Placerville, California.
ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEETING IS MANDATORY. REPRESENTATIVES SHALL FOLLOW COUNTY COVID 19 POLICY WHILE ON COUNTY PREMISES WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE USE OF FACE COVERINGS. PLEASE REFER TO COUNTY POLICY E-13 AVAILABLE AT: https://www.edcgov.us/Government/BOS/Documents/Board%20Policy%20E-13.pdf. The Bidder’s representative will be required to sign an attendance sheet and provide the name of the firm being represented. The County will post on the Quest website such Addenda as the County in its discretion considers necessary in response to questions arising and information presented at the Pre-Bid Meeting. Oral statements shall not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Addenda issued as a result of the Pre-Bid Meeting shall constitute the sole and exclusive record and statement of the results of the Pre-Bid Meeting. |
