Pre-Bid Meeting Info: A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for this contract on May 29, 2025 starting PROMPTLY at 10:00 a.m. in the County of El Dorado’s Board of Supervisors Meeting Room located at 330 Fair Lane, Placerville, California.

The Bidder’s representative will be required to sign an attendance sheet and provide the name of the firm being represented. Description: A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual projects involving repair, remodel, or other repetitive work for any County department on existing County property at different locations throughout the County. The work shall not include new construction, design, or contract drawings. The bid documents include a Construction Task Catalog® containing construction tasks with preset unit prices. All unit prices are based on local labor, material, and equipment prices and are for the direct cost of construction.
