“MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDER FOR PUBLIC SAFETY AND ALL CITY POSITIONS”
Bid #09-25-26-02
The City of Danbury is inviting the submission of proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of providing and managing the City’s Pension Independent Medical Evaluations, Fit for Duty Exams, Functional Capacity Exams and Return to Work Physicals.

Interested parties are requested to submit five (5) copies of their proposal to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 155 Deer Hill Avenue, Danbury, CT 06810, during normal business hours by no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
