Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) requires a new Telescoping Crane and corresponding control system to replace the existing Knuckleboom Crane aboard NOAA Ship Bell M. Shimada.
