Description:
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation intends to purchase an 80 Volt Lithium Ion Battery Powered Forklift, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6).
Offerors shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
