Project Description: The City of Goodyear (“City”) is seeking qualified environmental consulting firm(s) to provide on call support for HUD funded projects for the term of the contract. Under 24 CFR Part 58, the City must complete environmental reviews that meet federal requirements, and the selected consultant will assist with determining the appropriate level of review, conducting required analyses, preparing documentation, coordinating agency consultations and public notices, and entering all information into HUD’s HEROS system. Support will be requested as needed for Exempt, CENST, CEST, Tier I, and Tier II reviews.
