Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73135 upon payment of $150.00 per set. If obtaining a hard copy set, please notify WDB Engineering, PLLC at least 24 hours prior to picking up the hard copy set. Hard copy sets may be mailed to the bidder ONLY if the bidder provides a FedEx or UPS account number to the sender, WDB Engineering, PLLC. Refunds will not be made. PRIME BIDDER MUST BE LISTED ON THE QUESTCDN PLAN HOLDER LIST, OTHERWISE THE BID PROPOSAL WILL BE REJECTED.
Each bidder MUST purchase plans from Quest CDN or WDB Engineering, PLLC and appear on the official plan holder’s list. ANY BID RECEIVED BY A BIDDER NOT APPEARING ON THE OFFICIAL PLANHOLDER’S LIST WILL BE REJECTED
WITHOUT BEING READ.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. No bid will be accepted more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
