This requirement is for sources sought only
JBSA Randolph has a service requirement for vent cleaning. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to clean the external HVAC ceiling supply, return vents, indoor roofing surface, metal extension beams located at or above 10 feet in height throughout designated facilities. This includes all visible surfaces of the vent grilles and immediate surrounding ceiling area affected by airflow dust deposits.
