Special Notice – Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement

The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to COMCAST GOVERNMENT SERVICES, LLC.

COMCAST GOVERNMENT SERVICES, LLC will provide Business Internet Gigabit Extra services with a minimum of 1.25 Gbps/35Mbps download speeds within the Memphis Air National Guard Base, 4593 Swinnea Rd. Memphis TN 38118.

The requirement will be sole sourced to COMCAST GOVERNMENT SERVICES, LLC in order to provide Business Internet Gigabit Extra services and provide a service/repair phone number to the government. The Contractor will begin work on "service interruptions" promptly. .

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 517111 and has a size standard of 1,500 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 8:00 a.m. CDT, 7 August 2025 to Stacy.Pollet@US.AF.MIL . Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
