The project is briefly described as:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION - This project will consist of Chip Seal and Fog Seal all the areas including
parking stalls as follows. Main St from Kansas to First St, Euclid from Walnut to Hartup, Marlin from
Ash to Chestnut.
Copies of 2026 Chip Seal/Fog Seal
plans and contract documents can be
obtained on the City's website(mcpcity.com) under the Bids Posting tab. They may also be seen or purchased
for a Non-Refundable fee on-line at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room, additional
assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com. Information regarding this project can be found in the
“Public Jobs” link on the website. Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may
also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies; 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214,
telephone number is 913-371-4430. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes
responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel
Technologies, Inc. City of McPherson Technical Specifications 2021(or most recent addition) and
Contractor/Engineer General Requirements & Supplemental Conditions packet (Non Discrimination Policy,
Insurance Requirements, Holiday Schedule, etc.), are available by request at the Municipal Center, or the
City’s website @ www.mcpcity.com under the Public Works Department page, in “Specifications”.
