NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS Electronic proposals will be received by the office of the Purchasing Manager of the City of Fresno, all in accordance with the Specifications for: Request for Proposals Rebid of Requirements Contract for High Pressure Water Blast for Rubber Removal on Runway and Centerline Surfaces Request for Proposals No. 12600985 The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals for: High-pressure water blasting services for removing aircraft tire rubber and paint from runways. This request is for a two (2) year contract with three (3) possible one (1) year extensions. For a possible total term of five (5) years. The RFP forms, Instructions to Proposers, copies of plans and/or specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Manager (phone 559 621-1332) via the City’s web site: http://www.fresno.gov, “Business”, “Doing Business”, “Bid Opportunities”. Proposals must be submitted electronically via Planet Bids. Proposals are to be submitted electronically using Planet Bids prior to the opening at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and recorded.
