Needs to Automatically separate sawn blocks from trim and waste cuts. Needs to include discharge conveyor. Must meet following specifications: Saw blade motor: 10 Hp Power motor and reducer infeed: .75 Hp Power motor and reducer waste belt: .33 Hp Rotating saw speed: 3,000 RPM Height cutting size: 70 ? 190 mm Max cutting size: 70 X 145 mm. Numeric counter for blocks cut. First cut (clean-cut) to square the stringer automatically. Aspiration diameter: 100 mm. Production approx.: 3,500 blocks/hour. Automatic selection to evacuate the last cut. 450 mm diameter blade is included.
