Presolicitation Conference (GSA MAS SBs) - Analytical Services V

This notice is for the purposes of market research only and is also posted on GSA eBuy. The invitees are GSA MAS Small Business contract holders.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will be hosting a virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 2:00PM EST to 4:00PM EST to introduce the upcoming Analytical Services V (ASV) program. This is anticipated to be a small business set aside utilizing NAICS code 541611 under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Program (MAS), a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4 Federal Supply Schedule. GSA MAS Small Business contract holders are invited to attend and provide feedback. Eligible businesses will receive an email with a link to the virtual meeting location as well as where they can register to attend. Advance registration is required.

USAID anticipates awarding two (2) contracts through MAS to support ASV over a period of five years, subject to the availability of funds. During this pre-solicitation conference, USAID will describe the ASV scope of work, discuss lessons learned from previous analytical services programs, and take questions and comments regarding the ASV scope of work and the procurement process.

Please see the attached invitation and DRAFT statement of work for more details. There is a form linked in the invitation where GSA MAS Small Businesses can submit questions, comments, and suggestions in advance of the conference. Those responses are due by December 13, 2024 at 5:00PM EST.

Please note: Corporate names, individuals’ titles, and/or email addresses of attendees will be made public in order to facilitate opportunities for subcontracting, teaming arrangements, joint ventures and/or networking, including in an amendment to the conference announcement on https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov and https://beta.sam.gov.
