Description:

Cherry Hill Township desires to appoint an individual or firm for the purpose of providing maintenance of digital tax maps and geographic information system base map services for the Township of Cherry Hill. The appointment will be for the calendar year 2026. The consultant will be required to have superior knowledge and experience in all aspects of tax map and G.I.S. mapping for municipal, county and institutional entities. Any experience or knowledge of projects directly related to the Township of Cherry Hill should be addressed within the submission.

The existing tax map set for the Township of Cherry Hill consists of 5 Key Maps and approximately 238 individual plates. The maps are digitally generated and have been maintained through 2024 conditions.

The Township’s GIS base map should be maintained in conjunction with the tax map work so that all Township mapping reflects 2025 conditions.

All tax mapping work must be completed under the auspices of a New Jersey Licensed Land Surveyor and in accordance with current State regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Must have minimum of 5 years experience in providing the services as outlined in the specifications.

Special Requirements:

All tax mapping must conform with Tax Maps Regulations and Standards, latest edition, as published by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Taxation.

ESRI software products shall be utilized for GIS maintenance

The applicant/proposer shall submit 1 original with original signatures marked "ORIGINAL" & should submit 1 complete & exact copy of the original marked "COPY" of his/her proposal & should submit an electronic copy on a flash drive.
