Project Description: The City of Albuquerque, Department of Health, Housing and Homelessness, Division of Behavioral Health and Wellness requests for proposals from Non-Profit or Governmental Agencies for Social and Behavioral Health Services for Fiscal Year 2027. This request for proposals is funded by the City of Albuquerque and is focused on providing behavioral health and support services for low income, homeless and/or precariously housed individuals. Service area includes:
1. Outreach, Prevention and Intervention Services to Address Domestic Violence and Resulting Trauma;
2. Promising and Evidence-based Prevention/Early Intervention for Children and Adolescents;
3. Services for a Teen Center;
4. Services for Youth Aging out of the Foster Care and/or Juvenile Justice Systems;
5. Public Health Initiative;
6. Intensive Case Management Services;
7. Supportive Housing and Case Management for Persons who have a Behavioral Health Diagnosis and are Experiencing Homelessness or are Precariously Housed;
8. Meals and Support Services for Persons Experiencing Homelessness;
9. Crisis Services to Children who have been Abused, Neglected, and Abandoned;
10. Food Distribution Services to Persons Experiencing Homelessness and/or of Low to Moderate Income;
11. Behavioral Health Services for Urban Native American Populations;
12. School-Based Substance Use Outpatient Treatment Services for Middle School-Age Youth;
13. Case Management for Persons who have a Behavioral Health Diagnosis and are Experiencing Homelessness or are Precariously Housed specific to the City/County Community Connections Supportive Housing Program.
