Job Seeker's Guide Enhancement RFP

The Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is seeking proposals from qualified offeror’s for this project to enhance the Job Seeker’s Guide ( https://jobguide.ohioemploymentfirst.org/learn.php ) in the Community Life Guide available on the Ohio Employment First website. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for creating content, resources, and training curriculum related to community employment to support people with developmental disabilities.

Entities considering submitting proposals in response to this sourcing project are advised to review and assess the minimum qualifications required as listed under Part 2: Section IV of the Job Seeker’s Guide Enhancement RFP, when considering if they possess the qualifications required for this project.

Proposals including required attachments must be submitted in OhioBuys in response to the solicitation and the item grid must be completed by no later than the date indicated for this sourcing project in OhioBuys.

Part One: Structure of the RFP describes all attachments included with the RFP and whether they are mandatory or optional for completion and submission as part of the offeror’s proposal.

Part Three: General Instructions of the Job Seeker’s Guide Enhancement RFP document details the requirements for the technical and cost proposals.

One contract is expected to be awarded to the highest scored proposal based on the evaluation criteria and process as outlined in Part Four: Evaluation of Proposals of the Job Seeker’s Guide Enhancement RFP document. Following the initial evaluation and scoring, all offerors will be considered for preferences in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code 123:5-1-06.  Preferences will only be applied when there is at least one offeror that does not qualify for that particular preference.  For purposes of qualifying for a particular preference, if an offeror fails to complete the Certification Statement Form for each preference and submits with their proposal, that offeror will be deemed as not qualifying for that preference.
