Sealed bids or electronic bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Itawamba County, Mississippi until 9:00 AM on the 13th day of
February, 2026 and shortly thereafter publicly opened for the construction of 2.003 miles of OVERLAY on FULTON -RYANS CROSSROAD
(JOHN RANKIN HIGHWAY) being known as Project No. SAP-29(14)M in Itawamba County, Mississippi. Sealed bids will be received until the
designated date and time at the Itawamba County Board of Supervisors, 201 W. Main Street, Fulton,Mississippi or electronic bids will be
received until the designated date and time via electronic online bid submission through www.cceplanroom.com.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS:
CONTRACT TIME: 30 WORKING DAYS
The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder on the basis of published quantities.
The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this
advertisement; minority business enterprise will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be
discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS are on file in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Itawamba County, the County Engineer's office and the Office of
State Aid Engineer, 412 E. Woodrow Wilson Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi. This project shall be constructed in accordance with the 2004 edition
of the Mississippi Standard Specifications for State Aid Road and Bridge Construction.
PLANS AND PROPOSALS may be secured from John M. Weeden, County Engineer for Itawamba County, at www.cceplanroom.com . The cost
is fifty dollars ($50.00) for plans and fifty dollars ($50.00) for the proposal, non-refundable. PLANS AND PROPOSALS may also be downloaded
electronically for an additional $25 fee by bidders for electronic bidding purposes ONLY. All bidders are to upload electronic bids in .PDF format
only. Questions regarding electronic bidding shall be directed to PlanHouse Printing (662) 407-0193.
Certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Itawamba County and the State of Mississippi must
accompany each proposal. For bidders submitting bids electronically, the bond submitted must be either a bond issued by the Surety in
electronic format of the original hard copy or the bid bond must be submitted to the Itawamba County Board of Supervisors, 201 W. Main
Street, Fulton, Mississippi prior to bid opening in order for the bid to be valid.
The entire PROPOSAL is required to be turned in for both paper and electronic bid submission.
Bids will be accepted only under the name of the bidder to whom PLANS AND PROPOSALS have been issued by the County Engineer, and whose
name appears on the official list of Planholders maintained by the County Engineer.
Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is
tendered will be considered an irregular bid and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.
