Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program intends to procure Strychnine Alkaloid N.F. Powder for use in bait products to control nuisance pests. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial supply contract. The anticipated effective date of the contract is July 1, 2025. The contract will consist of five ordering periods, with each ordering period being twelve (12) months in duration. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 325320 (size standard 1,150 employees). The solicitation and all other documents related to this procurement will be available on the sam.gov website on or about June 11th, 2025.
