DHS in cooperation with Age-Friendly Minnesota (AFMN) Council is offering Community Grants to help communities work on age-friendly projects and become better places for all Minnesotans to grow older.
The term of the initial Community Grant period is anticipated to be from February 12, 2025 through March 31, 2026.
