Responses to the Solicitation are due by 12:00 noon, January 9, 2026. Any response not received by the deadline will not be considered. ACDS reserves the right to extend the deadline and will notify all parties who receive the Solicitation of any extension. Any response not containing the required submission material may render the response incomplete and may cause it to be rejected.
All questions regarding the Solicitation must be submitted in writing and forwarded to Lindsey Banks, Executive Assistant, at lbanks@acdsinc.org. The deadline for questions is 12:00 noon, December 19, 2025. Answers will not be given to verbal questions. All questions and answers will be given to interested law firms who have requested the Solicitation.
