The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic status such as a SDVOSB set-aside if feasible. If insufficient SDVOSB responses are received to establish the basis for setting this requirement aside for SDVOSB s, the requirement may be solicited as a VOSB or a SB set aside in which case all interested parties responding shall be eligible to compete.

General: C.W. Bill Young Veterans Medical Center has a requirement for Portable Water Purification System carts, Qty 5 W3T579396 ROVER ALX NAME BRAND or EQUAL. This is in support of replacing the current carts due to non-compliance by the Joint Commission.

Background: The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this Statement of Work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The delivery order will be awarded as Firm-Fixed-Price. ROVER ALX (Qty 5) is the basis of design (BOD).

3.Scope of Work: This portable RO cart is designed for use in Dialysis.
General specifications for ultrasound system BOD models must include:
Shall be compatible with current portable RO systems: WRO 300 H and WRO 300.
Shall be compact, all-in-one water treatment delivery system.
Shall be made of material that is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant.
Shall have capabilities to hold a dual-check valve, pre-filter, and carbon block filters.
Shall meet latest ANSI, AAMI, and ISO standards.
Shall have rear directional locking wheel casters with an integrated braking mechanism.
Shall be able to withstand structural integrity in harsh, wet/humid environments.
