Project Description: The work per the contract documents, dated December 3, 2025, and any addenda thereto, includes alterations to an existing event barn. Work includes insulating the barn structure, plumbing, HVAC and lighting upgrades, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes and changes to a ground floor warming kitchen. Exterior holiday lighting and changes for converting a storage room into a warming kitchen are included as alternate bid items.
The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $841,077.
The project completion date is October 30, 2026.
