1. Technical Capability

Understanding of Scope: Demonstrated understanding of door hardware and mechanical units for door operators, electrical work to provide power to the mechanical units for door operators and bollard installation.

Approach/Methodology: Clear and feasible plan for coordination between disciplines and approach for completing the work.

Staffing Plan: Qualified personnel with 3+ years of established knowledge of door operating mechanisms and bollard installation. One staff member with a Journeyman’s Electrical License to perform all electrical work. Contractor shall have sufficient staffing levels for continuity of these requirements.

Relevant Experience: History of installing equipment similar to the scope of this project.

Past Performance: Quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction ratings from previous or current clients. Use CPARS if applicable.
