Description
ATB is seeking one or more Proponent(s) to provide end-to-end advisory and technical services related to the ServiceNow platform. The selected Proponent(s) must demonstrate proven expertise across the full spectrum of ServiceNow modules, including, but not limited to, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). The Proponent(s) must have and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of both standard configurations and customized solutions to support ATB’s unique operational needs.
