Solicitation Summary
The City of Gaithersburg is seeking sealed Bids for mowing and related landscape services for various City properties (parks and facilities, roads, storm water management areas, etc.), and part of one County road (Muddy Branch Road), and part of five State roads (RT 355, RT 124, RT 28, RT 117, and RT 119), which the City maintains.
The Services detailed in this Solicitation shall be provided at many different locations, such as City parks and facilities, lakes, stormwater management areas and roadway right of ways maintained by the City. These Services shall include mowing and trimming, weed control and edging, spring or fall cleanup, and application of chemicals. Mowing frequency shall be determined by the City at the beginning of each mowing season, which will be provided to the Contractor and detailed within the mowing forecast (schedule). Price per acre for all areas shall include all Services detailed in this Solicitation including but not limited to; mowing and trimming, weed control, and edging.
