REQUEST FOR INFORMATION



U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) is seeking market research information from industry to assist with the development and planning of the recompete Traveler Processing and Vetting Software (TPVS) 2.0. See attachments for more information. Companies who wish to respond to the RFI should send responses no later than July 22, 2025 to all listed Government personnel below via email. The email subject line must contain “CBP TPVS 2.0 RFI RESPONSE”. Failure to do so may result in information not being properly received by the Government.

However, your response may be releasable to the public under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, and the DHS FOIA regulation, 6 C.F.R. Chapter 1, Part 5. Please note that Respondents to this RFI may not necessarily be notified of any results derived from a review of the information provided.
