General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area: North Boundary:



Start at the Claycut Rd. & S. Acadian Trwy. Intersection

and move East along Claycut Rd. to Jefferson Hwy.

South along Jefferson Hwy. to Old Hammond Hwy.;

then East along Old Hammond Hwy. to Airline Hwy.

East Boundary:

South along Airline Hwy. to Coursey Blvd. East on

Coursey Blvd, then South-west along S. Sherwood

Forest Blvd. to Airline Hwy. Proceed South along Airline

Hwy. to the Jefferson Hwy. Intersection. Then East

along Jefferson Hwy. turning South at the Tiger Bend

Road intersection, to continue South along Jefferson

Hwy, which becomes

Old Jefferson Hwy. Continue South to the Perkins Rd. &

Morris Dr. Intersection.

South Boundary:

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,

seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced

lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual

chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-

year”/“500-Year”] floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications

prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense

Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
