P-CORE Propulsion Training Contract



THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITAION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential sources and if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside.



The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is_611430 – Professional and Management Development Training which has a corresponding Size Standard of Small Business. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a)s, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses.



The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners



This Sources Sought is to notify companies that the U. S. Air Force is seeking sources to provide learning solutions which includes learning strategy and analysis, learning evaluation, learning architecture, courseware design and development, learning technology, simulation and training equipment in support of on-the-job training.



The Service Provider shall provide instructional designers, instructors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver the curriculum and courses developed.  Courses shall cover a range of subject areas that are applicable to the propulsion enterprise and affiliates across the Air Force. The Service Provider shall support the establishment of training, administration, customer service, processing of training requests, and all activities related to the execution of training for AFLCMC/LP personnel.



The Service Provider shall provide training and education for civilian and military personnel. The Service Provider shall include any necessary equipment, tools, materials, and supplies in support of the education and training function.



The Service Provider shall develop training recommendations and solutions for AFLCMC/LP to address specific propulsion aviation concerns or identified knowledge gaps.  The Service Provider shall support the overall learning strategy for propulsion workforce development.  The Service Provider shall support planning, development, and implementation activities to further the development of the workforce in targeted areas.



The Service Provider shall provide course titles and descriptions based on course examples provided in Attachment 1.
