RFP 25-020 Clarifier #2 Mechanism Replacement - Belton, MO

Sealed proposals will be received by the Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director of the City of Belton at Public Works Facility, Building A, 700 Seabee Road, Belton, Missouri, 64012 until the above time, at which time bidding will be closed. All bids will be opened and read aloud. A late Proposal Packet is one received after 1:00 p.m., local time, at the time and place of the opening as stated. The decision as to the correct time for the openings shall be made by the Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director of the City of Belton and that decision shall be final. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will be returned unopened. It shall be the responsibility of those submitting a proposal to assure themselves that their proposal has been received by the City of Belton.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on September 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., local time, and September 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the City of Belton Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 21200 South Mullen Road, Belton, MO, 64012. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications and scope of work requirements, bids will only be accepted from those who are represented at one of the Pre-Bid Meetings. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting will be evidenced by the representative’s signature on the attendance roster.
