The Quinault Indian Nation invites Residential Design-Builders and/or Developers to submit proposals for the construction of 18 single-family residences. The Quinault Indian Nation invites Residential Design-Builders and/or Developers to submit proposals for the construction of 18 single-family residences. Each Design-Builder is required to provide site-adapted home plans that meet with the programming requirements and specifications outlined in this RFP. Please note that this is for a fixed price sum. The properties are located off of Kla Ook Wa Drive in Taholah, Washington, Grays Harbor County, within the boundaries of the Quinault Indian Nation (QIN) Reservation. The QIN is the owner of these properties and is seeking to contract with a qualified Design-Builder to complete the construction of homes on 18 lots as part of the Community Driven Relocation (CDR) Program. These lots are ready for construction. The selected Design-Builder will be responsible for erosion control, excavation, utility connections, foundations, vertical construction, landscaping, and overall site development for each lot described in Exhibit C.
