The proposed action is for a firm-fixed-price single award, which will be advertised as a total set aside to Small Business (SB) on or before 04/29/2024. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, 01/17/2025.
