Scope

The contract effort is to acquire the parts listed in attachment #1 of this justification for the Clandestine Delivered Mine (CDM) project.

This is a firm fixed price purchase order on a brand name specific basis to the lowest price offeror that is an authorized reseller of the following brands of products: Molex, Mill-Max Manufacturing, Bel Fuse, Amphenol, E-Switch, Broadcom, Panasonic Electric Works, Diodes Incorporated, Omron Electronics, Nexperia USA, Abracon, ITT Cannon, Analog Devices, Future Technology Devices International, Samtec, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments, Harwin, Analog Devices, onsemi, Microchip Technology, NXP USA, TE Connectivity Potter and Brumfield Relays.

• Email subject line must include Solicitation Number and vendor Name at beginning of subject line.


• See the attached "A6 Parts, Qty, Description" document for the parts description, brand information, and quantity.


• Complete the attached "A6 Attachment1 Price List" spreadsheet and include along with your quote package.


• Award will be based on the best value to the government considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance.


• Email quotes to jessica.d.clark27.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above.


• The Government will not accept late quotes.


• The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete.


• Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote.


• Vendors must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).


• If shipping is not included in the price include a line item for shipping.


• Vendors must ensure that they have received a response within 24 business hours after quote has been submitted to remain competitive. If no response is received, Please Call primary then Secondary contact.
