The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pentagon Directorate, intends to solicit a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of NASCAR-Chicago Street Race Campaign tent space for the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC), Navy Talent Acquisitions Group (NTAG) - Great Lakes; utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, NASCAR Events & Entertainment LLC (CAGE: 9QXG6). The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
