This is a Request for Information ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 766 ESS is conducting

market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does

not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to

this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information

requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing

information provided to the Government.

766 ESS is seeking potential vendors for a Diesel Engine BPA in accordance with the draft

Statement Of Work (Attachement 1). These engines will be delivered to Joint Base Elemdorf

Richardson in Alaska.

1. Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS code of

335999, Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing? Please identify any Small Business

Socio-economic programs your businesses are eligible for or an alternative NAICS that

better fits this requirement.

2. Do you have any questions in regard to the Draft SOW? Are there areas that require

additional clarification and/or information? If so, please submit.

3. Are you interested and capable of supplying the items listed in attachement 1?

4. What is the estimated lead time for delivery of one complete engine kit listed in the SOW

after an order is placed?

5. Do you intend to provide a quote for this requirement? How many days would you need

to draft a quote?
