Industry Feedback Requested - Advanced Contracting Initiative (ACI) Regional Contracts for Debris Management Services (RCDMS)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, is seeking feedback from qualified businesses on potential regional maps for future ACI contracts for Debris Management Services (RCDMS) across the United States and all outlying areas (as defined by FAR 2.102).

Please review the attached map options (Debris ACI Regions and Capacity Options_20250611) and indicate your preference, along with a brief explanation of your reasoning. You are welcome to submit an alternate map with your feedback. The Government is seeking feedback on these potential map options. However, the Government may utilize one of these maps, a combination of these maps, or an entirely different map. This is not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5.

Interested and qualified businesses are also welcome to submit a capability statement and/or complete the attached questionnaire (Debris ACI Sources Sought Questionnaire_20250611).

The initial response deadline is 2:00 PM CDT on Monday, June 16, 2025. Responses will continue to be accepted until 2:00 PM CDT on Monday, June 23, 2025.

For reference, this notice follows up on Sources Sought W912EK-24-SS-0001. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562119 - Other Waste Collection ($47 million small business size standard).

This notice is for market research purposes only and does not commit the Government to a contract. Responses are voluntary and will not be compensated. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred in responding.

A solicitation is not yet available. Please refrain from requesting a copy. The Government will determine the most appropriate procurement approach for this requirement.
