The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is issuing this notice to seek sources for support of recurring order and renewal of serial subscriptions. The requirements are described in Attachment 1 – SEC Draft SOW.
Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following:
1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information:
2. A description of your company’s capability to meet the requirements in Attachment 1 – SEC Draft SOW. Merely restating the requirements is not sufficient. (limited to 7 pages)
3. A response to each of the SEC’s questions in Attachment 2 – SEC Questionnaire for Vendors.
Question and Response Deadline:
All questions regarding this notice must be submitted to garrettj@sec.gov by no later than 3:00 PM EDT on September 17, 2025.
