The University of Houston System (“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (each a “Qualifications”) from interested firms (each a “Respondent”) that conduct analysis of energy consumption and provide effective solutions for energy reduction (the “Services”) for facilities on the University of Houston Main campus. The number of facilities will be determined by the University.
The selected firm shall perform analysis, design engineering, preparation of engineering plans and specifications, installation, commissioning, monitoring and verification of savings, and management of ESPC. The scope pf work is further defined in Exhibit H.
Pre-Submittal Meeting: There will be a mandatory pre-submittal meeting held on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 3:00 PM CT in person at 4211 Elgin St. Houston TX 77204, General Service Building Conference Room 201. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification.
