Sources Sought Notice: Flank Speed Support Services for IL5 IL6
Sources sought for information and planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for anticipated Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract under NAICS Code 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting and Related Services. This proposed contract vehicle is to provide services in Suffolk, Virginia.
Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, titled “Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning
Purposes,” this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.
The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive one contract to provide aid the government in various efforts, including Service Strategy and Design, Service Operations, Service Transition, and Continual Service Improvements across the cloud tenant. Contractor Support must include, but not limited to architectural design, network monitoring, process development, sustainment, implementation, and operation of advanced security automation and collaboration features. The anticipated base period of performance of this contract is 26 August 2025 to 25 August 2026.
Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should reference N6923525FLANKSPEEDIL5IL6 and shall include the following information in this format:
Submissions are to be no more than 10 pages and no less than 12 point font.
Responses should be emailed to amy.m.barnes14.civ@us.navy.mil by 4:00PM EST on Monday, February 17, 2025. This is not a request for a proposal. Respondents will not be notified the results and the Government is not required to answer any questions submitted in regards to this Sources Sought Notice.
