Request For Qualification and Expression of Interest (RFQEI)- Demolition Engineering Services
Summary
New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) performs the designs and manages the construction of new and modernization of existing public school buildings throughout the five boroughs of New York City. For that the SCA seeks qualified firms with expertise in demolition engineering. The SCA is seeking services including but not limited to analyzing and providing demolition and stabilization strategy, and means and method recommendation, for full/partial demolitions, implosions, and dismantling of existing structures.
Background
NYC DOB Now Build, an integrated system for filing with NYC DOB has implemented a new job type that does not allow pre-filing ability for full/pa rtial demolition work.
