STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

INVITATION FOR VENDOR RESPONSE

Dear Vendor,

The Houston Independent School District is interested in receiving statements of work ("SOW" or "Proposals") from qualified individuals and/or organizations ("Vendor") for the procurement of select goods and/or services, as specified within this Statement of Work ("SOW").

Project Name: Program Management - Master Planning Services

In accordance with Houston ISD policies and procedures, HISD schools and/or departments are authorized to engage with "Approved Vendors" only.  An HISD Approved Vendor is one that has been authorized for use upon having met a set of pre-determined criteria through a formal procurement process and awarded a contract ("Contract", "Agreement", or "Project") upon approval by the HISD Board of Education.

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is requesting a proposed scope and estimated staffing and pricing methodology to meet the listed requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW).

Responsive submissions will identify the approach and tasks required to accomplish each component, including, but not limited to, describing key strategies to be used to meet the requirements, identifying the team members who will work with HISD for the life of the bond, and milestones and critical deliverables under each component of the SOW.
