Work under this contract shall consist of the Contractor furnishing and loading Hot Mix Asphalt into Town of Franklin DPW vehicles in accordance with the specifications. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work. Bid quantities are approximate only; payment shall be for actual quantities loaded, as indicated on weight slips.
