On-Call service for mechanical, electrical and generator trades. Contract PF2025-01 MEG. The project consists of providing on-call services for maintenance, testing, routine repairs, emergency repairs, troubleshooting and operation, and installation of new equipment, relating to mechanical, electrical and generator grades (MEG). One year-term effective 7/1/25 through 6/30/26, with the option to renew for two (2) one-year terms. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis and any work, including both materials and labor is estimated to cost less than $150,000 per trade. The bid package may be obtained from Projectdog.com as of April 2, 2025 at 2pm using Project Code 867788. Electronic Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00pm on Thursday April 17, 2025.
