Creative Services - Graphic Design (25CPC-RFPQ009)

This request for qualification is intended to solicit proposals for the services of graphic designers, as specified in this document, and to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers.
The Corporation requires these creative services (the “Services”), to primarily support its Corporate and Plan Communications branches but may be enlisted by other branches of the Corporation, as required.
The Services, which may vary from short assignments to the delivery of an entire project, will assist in achieving strategic business objectives while developing a unified approach to interrelated tasks and events within the Corporation.
Subject to the terms of this RFPQ, the Corporation may obtain quotations or proposals for Services from pre-qualified Suppliers through additional discrete procurement processes such as requests for proposals that may result in contracts; and direct award contracts for Services.
The majority of creative services that the Corporation procures will utilize the Suppliers selected from this RFPQ. Any vendor that has already previously done business and provided the Corporation with similar service offerings and that wishes to compete to become a pre-qualified supplier must submit a response to this proposal.
The successful Proponents will become “pre-qualified Suppliers” and will be issued a two (2) year Master Services Agreement, with the option to extend one (1) more year. Due to the “as and when required” nature of this initiative, the Corporation cannot guarantee any minimum level of expenditure commitment to pre- qualified suppliers.
