• Guide vendors through the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, etc. to ensure submissions have been accurately completed.
• Ultimately, be your one location for all bid opportunities issued by the type.

INTRODUCTION

Purpose

The City of Kyle is seeking Kohlers Crossing & Bebee Road Improvements.

Background

Proposers are invited to submit a proposal for the items and scope of work as follows:

For the construction of Kohlers Crossing from the IH 35 north bound frontage road to Seton Parkway with curb and gutter, storm sewer, illumination, signals, sidewalks, structures, retaining walls, water lines, wastewater lines, and a Vybe Trail. The project includes a new northbound right-turn lane along I-35 NBFR. The project is approximately 1.11 miles.

For the reconstruction and realignment of Bebee Road (West) with curb and gutter, storm sewer, illumination, rectangular rapid flashing beacon, sidewalk, and Vybe Trail. The project includes a new northbound right-turn lane along I-35 NBFR to Bebee Road and a new roundabout at the intersection of Bebee Road / Kohlers Crossing / Seton Parkway. The project roadway length is 0.745 miles.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Thursday, May 15, 2025 PRIOR TO 3:00 p.m.

Proposals may be submitted electronically at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkyle

Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in-person or by mail will be disqualified. The City of Kyle will not be responsible for late delivery from the post office or delivery to any location other than the one specified above. Responders are encouraged to submit their proposals well ahead of opening time or follow up to confirm their proposals were received before the deadline.  The City further reserves its right to reject all proposals for any reason or any proposal that does not contain all the information requested in this RFP.

25 Points - Contractor's Experience & Qualifications

15 Points - Proposed Schedule

Optional - Interview
