Columbus AFB, MS has a requirement for the services of an FAA-Approved Aviation Medical Examiner to perform Class III physicals for Initial Pilot Training students to include an electrocardiogram (EKG) when required. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
The Government will award a BPA resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to
the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, technical acceptability, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers.
The provider must:
1. Be certified by the FAA to perform Class III physicals.
2. Provide student/patient with an FAA Class III medical certificate.
3. Have the capacity to complete up to 15 physicals every week.
4. Be located within 60 miles of Columbus, AFB, MS.
