Request for proposals (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the construction of Installation Entry Control (Main Gate) Facility at the 177th Fighter Wing in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This project is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Interested contractors shall all of the documents posted with this solicitation and respond as required.

14 May 2025 - This is an amendment to incorporate the following.

1) Incorporation of new wage determinations NJ20250025 Modification 3, dated 2 May 2025.

2) Extension of solicitation proposal closing date to 30 May 2025.

16 May 2025 - This is amendment 0002 to incorporate the following.

1) FINAL Q & A LOG IS HEREBY BEING PUBLISHED. THE QUESTIONS AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) PERIOD ENDS AS OF THE POSTING OF THIS SOLICITATION AMENDMENT.

2) PLEASE REFERENCE ADDENDUM NUMBER 1 TO DRAWING AND SPECIFICATION PROVIDED BY THE ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER FIRM.

OFFERORS SHALL ACKNOWLEDGE THIS AMENDMENT AND SUBMIT WITH THEIR OFFER.
