The City of Rohnert Park ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop an Urban Forest Management Plan (UFMP) that will provide a strategic framework for enhancing, preserving, and managing the City's tree canopy. The UFMP will identify appropriate tree species for Rohnert Park's climate and environment, prioritize locations for tree planting, and establish policies for tree maintenance, community involvement, and sustainability. The City has already conducted a Tree Canopy Assessment, and the selected consultant will build upon this existing data to formulate an actionable plan for the future.
