Loma Rica Road / South Beale Road State of Good Repair Project

General work description: In unincorporated Yuba County, on Loma Rica Road from SR20 to Fruitland Road and on South Beale Road from SR65 to the Beale AFB Gate, perform pavement repairs, overlay, and striping of the existing roadways.

The estimated cost of the project is $4,746,853.00

Complete the work within 95 working days.

This project is federally and locally funded.

DBE Goal is 19 percent (19%)

No pre-bid meeting will be scheduled for this project.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cashier’s check, or bid bond, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to Yuba County Department of Public Works, as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening.

The County reserves the right after opening the bids to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid or bid submittal, and to award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, as it may best serve the interests of the County.
