Set-aside: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) IAW HHSAR 326.603-1.
Description: The purpose of this contract is to remove and replace the existing Stephan Booster Station and approximately 9,900 L.F. of ductile iron pipe.
Contract Type: The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm FixedPrice (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.
