Description

The United States Coast Guard is looking for qualified vendors to provide annual inspection and preventative maintainace for two elevators and associated equipment located at 1790 Saturn Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70129. For additional details pertaining to the maintenance schedule please see attached Statement of Work and elevator plans. Services will be awarded as Firm Fixed Price Service for the period indicated.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The requirement is for a Base Plus four option year Recurring Service Purchase Quotes must cover Base and all options.

Base Year: Dec 15th 2024 - Dec 14th, 2025

Option One: Dec 15th 2025 - Dec 14th, 2026

Option Two: Dec 15th 2026 - Dec 14th, 2027

Option Three: Dec 15th 2027 Dec 14th 2028

Option Four: Dec 15th 2029 -Dec 14th 2029

Vendor may provide a written quote or fill out the attached SF-18, blocks: 11e,13,14,15 and 16 with quoted amount.

Past Performance: 20%
